BMI Executive Institute is recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join its team in Vilnius
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and engage potential corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., HR, L&D, C-suite executives).
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
Programme Development and Customization:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their training needs and objectives.
- Develop customized training programmes aligned with client goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality programmes.
Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyse competitors and develop strategies to differentiate BMI Executive Institute’s offerings.
- Create and implement business development plans to achieve growth targets.
Sales and Negotiation:
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Project Management:
- Oversee the execution of training programmes from start to finish.
- Ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution of programmes.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand BMI Executive Institute’s Executive Education solutions.
Desired Qualifications:
- University degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in a role focused on building networks, long-term relationships, and partnership-led solutions to generate consistent revenue.
- Excellent writing and speaking skills in English (C1 level) and Lithuanian.
- French and/or Dutch conversational skills would be a plus.
- Results-driven, with a passion for business growth and development.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.
