Prof. Dr Steven Poelmans
- Professor of Leadership and Organizational Neuroscience at Antwerp Management School (AMS), with 20+ years of teaching experience on three continents.
- Holds multiple advanced degrees, including an M. in Organizational Psychology, an M. in Marketing Management, a Ph.D. in Management, and a Postgraduate in Neuroscience of Leadership.
- Founder of the NeuroTrainingLab™, a neuroscience-based leadership development method.
- Author of “Paradoxes of Leadership,” the editor of five academic books, dozens of peer-reviewed articles, and more than 30 book chapters.
- Recognized as a Top 50 Overall Contributor by the Work-Family Researchers Network.
