We had the pleasure of welcoming our new EMBA participants during an inspiring introduction session, marking the beginning of an intense and transformational journey.
This intake is particularly special – for the first time, we’re launching an additional spring cohort in Vilnius. It’s a clear sign that the demand for world-class executive education continues to grow, and that leaders know exactly where to find it. We’re proud to meet that need and to keep raising the bar for leadership across the region and beyond.

The session was officially opened with a warm welcome from Jurga Bendikaite-Ursavas, Director General of the BMI Executive Institute. A sincere thank you to Dominique Rouziès, Professor at HEC Paris and Academic Dean at BMI Executive Institute, for her thoughtful and motivating remarks to the new cohort. We’re also grateful to Michael Segalla, Professor Emeritus of Management at HEC Paris, for continuing the tradition of launching the EMBA programme with his engaging workshop – a valuable opportunity for participants to assess their starting point and prepare to track their growth throughout the journey.
